I have one daughter who has ASD and is gluten intolerant the other daughter is gluten and dairy free, me and my husband are gluten free, my friend and her baby has SPIES allergy which is severe. I had some homemade cupcakes which i was told i should of gotten prior approval for. The facility itself is good however the management and treatment of customers is horrendous.įrom the moment we arrived i was met with hostility and intergated on our intentions of our visit. It happened to be a discount day which was more just good luck for us we were going to go whatever the price was. We visited on a Friday and had arranged to meet with two friends for a catch up and it was my daughters 5th Birthday.īetween us we had six children which i had checked over the phone prior if it was okay for me to pay for all six kids. Flip out is supposed to be fun and friendly with high energy and we were met with the complete opposite. I don't know but I imagine this is not protocol for the company and it her attitude has really turned me off going.
She was so rude and dismissive and acted like it was my fault I didn't have my card. I then said ok but you know we are coming we booked in advance so why not keep it open untill you close or atleast when we leave? I only have cash and I do want to buy all the kids whatever they need and really need some water as we didn't bring any. I asked the young lady why we couldn't buy and she said very very rudly, we always close the till at 6 so it's just to bad if you don't use eftpos. I went back after explaining to the kids that I couldn't buy any drinks or icecream like we planned and we would have to go elsewhere. After jumping for a little bit I went to purchase some drinks for all 8 of us only to be told No, the till is closed.
Our family walked in so excited to be there, I said hey to the staff to be rudly replied with have you booked. When we arrived we were met with THE rudest customer service.
